10 DAY UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE
The Driveline Shop offers a 10 day
unconditional guarantee. If for any reason during the first 10 days you are not satisfied
with our product, we will refund you the purchase price, less freight. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies only to complete assemblies and does not apply to individual parts
purchased. Mail order only.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All pars and materials shall be warranted by Driveline Shop, Inc.
for 90 days from date of invoice. The warranty applies only to defects in parts and
materials. Driveline Shop, Inc.'s sole liability shall be to repair or replace the
defective part or material, or refund the original purchase price, at Driveline Shop,
Inc.'s option. Any repair not made by Driveline Shop, Inc. voids this warranty. This
warranty does not apply when the parts have been abused or neglected. THIS WARRANTY INS
EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DRIVELINE
SHOP, INC.'S LIABILITY HEREUNDER OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER FOR NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT
OR WARRANTY, OR TORT LIABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY HEREIN STATED. IN NO
EVENT SHALL DRIVELINE SHOP, INC. BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, EXPENSES CAUSED BY LOSS OF USE OF
VEHICLES, TRANSPORTATION COST, OR INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY.
TERMS
The Driveline Shop accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American
Express cards. C.O.D. orders will be accepted for parts only. Custom built driveshafts
must be paid in full prior to shipping. Prepayment can be made with credit certified
funds, bank or U.S. Postal money orders. Personal checks accepted, but must clear your
bank before we begin production.
SHIPMENTS
Orders will be shipped F.O.B. from Springfield, Mo. Most
orders are shipped UPS, but other options are available. You may specify other carriers,
including the U.S. Mail. Unspecified orders will be shipped by the most efficient and
economical means possible.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
All damage claims must be made to the freight carrier and to the
Driveline Shop no later than the end of the next business day following reciept of your
order. Please DO NOT install or use any item you feel has been damaged in any way during
shipping.
RETURNS
Sorry, after 10 days we cannot accept
returns on any custom-built merchandise. All standard orders require prior approval by the
Driveline Shop, and must be shipped back prepaid. There will be a 15% handling/restocking
fee on any order that is returned.
